As a BDR, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base by focusing on sales to Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs). We're a small, remote-first team that values curiosity, integrity, and diversity. You'll have lots of freedom to choose your tools and approach, and your work will have a major impact on the business from your first day forward.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to RIAs and introduce them to YourStake's innovative sustainable investing platform
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their unique needs and demonstrating how YourStake can add value to their business
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create targeted outreach strategies and campaigns
- Travel to industry conferences and events to network with potential clients and promote YourStake's offerings
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in the wealth management industry, specifically in a sales role
- Proven track record of successfully selling to RIAs or other financial institutions
- Outgoing, people-oriented personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of the RIA landscape and the unique challenges they face
- Ability to travel frequently to attend ~a dozen conferences around the USA annually, to meet with prospective clients
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for sustainable investing and making a positive impact
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
